Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Kaytie Dominguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Alprazolam
