The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kay Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Cervical Spine Fracture, Subdural Hemorrhage, and Vertebral Artery Injury

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head and Neck Trauma
