(L.A.) Katherine Garcia, 43, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Hispanic female on a sidewalk in East L.A.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Katherine Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Trauma

RIP KATHERINE GARCIA (October 18, 1980 – April 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:50 p.m.

The decedent was killed in a two-vehicle crash in East Los Angeles.

California Highway Patrol stated that the collision happened at the intersection of East Third Street and Kern Avenue at around 6:20 p.m.
