Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kameran Levonte Tillman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP KAMERAN LEVONTE TILLMAN (August 7, 1990 – October 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:26 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
