Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Junius Randolph.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam and Fentanyl
Other Significant Conditions: Recent Cocaine Use, Coronary Artery Disease, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Chronic Alcohol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:25 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
