Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Julie Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Dipyrone, Cocaine, Oxycodone, Bromazolam, and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:42 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
