Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Judith Harris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Upper Airway Obstruction (Food Bolus)

Cause of Death B: Multifactorial Neurologic Impairment (Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, and Multiple Sclerosis)
