Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a pathway.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Juana Salazar Mayorga.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Alprazolam, and Hydrocodone Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:15 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
