Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Juana Renderos Navarro.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Coronary Artery Disease

RIP JUANA RENDEROS NAVARRO (September 30, 1976 – March 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:48 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 13.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Juana Navarro Rendaro.
