Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshue Peña.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hepatic Dysfunction with Hepatic Steatofibrosis of Undetermined Etiology

Other Significant Condition: Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:29 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 9.
