(L.A.) Joshua Crump, 41, Died From Overdosing on Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Black male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Crump.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:21 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
