Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Sakadjian and listed his race/ethnicity as Black [sic].

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Osteomyelitis

Cause of Death C: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
