(L.A.) Joseph Perry, 53, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old male of “Hispanic/Latin American” ethnicity that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Perry.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Ketamine

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Alcohol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 3, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
