The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph McFadden.

Cause of Death A: Acute Hypoxic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Sepsis

Cause of Death C: Pyelonephritis

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Exacerbation, Chronic Systolic Heart Failure, Acute Kidney Injury
