Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a senior living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Lehnhardt.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxiation

Cause of Death B: Choking on Food Bolus

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Medical History of Gastrointestinal Reflux Disease, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder
