(L.A.) Jose Sanchez, 53, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Hydrocodone, Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
