The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Rivas Jr.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, and Severe Obesity
