The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Quinonez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Other Significant Condition: History of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:23 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 6.
