Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Mendez Lopez.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension
