(L.A.) Jose Luis Anaya, 67, Died at a Business

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a business.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Luis Anaya.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl
RIP JOSE LUIS ANAYA (December 1, 1955 – April 14, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:20 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
