(L.A.) Jose Flores, 40, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Flores.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early February, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Jose Flores” in public records.
