Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose De Jesus Reynoso Campos.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Probable Urinary Tract Infection

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Community-Acquired Pneumonia, Dementia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:13 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 7.
