Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred on a patio.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Castro.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:59 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 23, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
