Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Bolanos.

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

The decedent was one of three homeless people fatally shot by a serial killer, believed to be Jerrid Joseph Powell, who also shot dead a fourth person, who was a county employee killed in the garage of his San Dimas home.
Simbolon was killed Tuesday evening, November 28.
