(L.A.) Jordan Willey, 24, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Jordan Willey.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Peritonitis

Cause of Death B: Small-Bowel Perforation of Unknown Etiology

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Both peritonitis and small-bowel perforation are recognized as serious risks for leukemia patients.

Leukemic infiltration of the gastrointestinal tract can cause mucosal damage, ischemia, and necrosis, leading to perforation and secondary peritonitis. This is especially true in aggressive or advanced leukemia, where leukemic cells may directly invade and disrupt the bowel wall.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
