Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jordan Stremfel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Clonazepam

RIP JORDAN STREMFEL (January 15, 1985 – September 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:40 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
