(L.A.) Jonathon Velasquez, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathon Velasquez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Heroin
RIP JONATHON VELASQUEZ (May 22, 1991 – April 8, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:39 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
