(L.A.) Jonathan Willetts, 40, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Willetts.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:51 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
