(L.A.) Jonathan Abrego, 18, Died on Railroad Tracks

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latino male that occurred on railroad tracks.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Abrego.
Manner of Death: Suicide
Cause of Death: Traumatic Neck Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:23 p.m.
The decedent was fatally hit by an Amtrak train in North Hollywood.
Paramedics were sent to the 7100 block of Lankershim Boulevard, just south of Sherman Way, shortly after noon.
