(L.A.) Johnny Hernandez, 61, Died in Walnut

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Johnny Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:02 a.m.

LASD said the decedent was walking in the area of Paseo del Prado and South Lemon Avenue when he was hit by a vehicle, whose driver did not stop to render aid.
