Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old Black male that occurred in a hot tub.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Johnnie Washington.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Drowning

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: History of Diabetes
