Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Urbina Panameno.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
