The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Lauer.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
