(L.A.) John LaChapelle, 54, Died in an Assisted Living Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Lachapelle.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Use with Ketosis
