(L.A.) John Humphreys, 35, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Humphreys.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effcts of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl
RIP JOHN HUMPHREYS (August 19, 1987 – February 9, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:12 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 3, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
