(L.A.) John Hall, 42, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as John Hall.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP JOHN HALL (August 1, 1982 – February 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
