Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Caucasian male who passed away at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Joel Fine.

The decedent was a medical doctor. His California license was issued on December 9, 1985.

He graduated in 1982 from the University of the East, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, which is in Cebu, Philippines.
