The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Joanna Charles.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Obesity, Multiple Sclerosis
