The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jim Douglass Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine and Alcohol

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
