The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jilasia Shipley.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:23 a.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Jilasia Flaherty.
