Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jesus Aguilar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Heroin Toxicity

RIP JESUS AGUILAR (August 23, 1965 – August 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
