(L.A.) Jesus Acosta Lopez, 57, Died at a Railroad

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Latino male that occurred at a railroad in the Sun Valley area.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jesus Acosta Lopez.

RIP JESUS ACOSTA LOPEZ (October 24, 1965 – May 16, 2023)
The decedent was killed when he was trapped inside his vehicle, which was then struck by a Metrolink train.
The crash occurred at around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday near Coldwater Canyon Avenue and Raymer Street.
He was pronounced dead on the scene at 3:47 p.m.
According to Metrolink, the train that hit the vehicle was heading from downtown Los Angeles to Moorpark on the Ventura County Line.
