(L.A.) Jeremy Seino, 39, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremy Seino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP JEREMY SEINO (May 15, 1985 – April 18, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:28 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
