The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jenny Yee Perez of Monterey Park.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cerebrovascular Accident

Cause of Death B: Probable Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

The decedent was of Chinese descent. Her final resting place is Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier.
