The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jennifer Barnes Wade and listed her race/ethnicity as Black + White/Caucasian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
