Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jenique Williams. Born in L.A. County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP JENIQUE WILLIAMS (March 6, 1981 – July 26, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
