Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in the City of Santa Clarita.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jeffrey Koons.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

The decedent was found inside his vehicle near the Valencia Town Center Mall. He is believed to have been transient — living out of his car.
