Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Javier Uriostegui Pacheco.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Non-Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Cerebral Aneurysm

RIP JAVIER URIOSTEGUI PACHECO (June 26, 1981 – April 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 19.
