Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Javier Moreno.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Alcohol Intoxication; History of Illicit Drug Use
