The coroner’s office identified the man as Javier Labra Orihuela.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:35 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on December 31.
